Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Bookings are made on your
understanding of, and your agreement with, these terms and conditions.
References to “us”, “we”, “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall be a reference to Sapphire Coast Shuttles.

Mountain Biking is a dangerous recreational activity that involves a significant risk of personal physical harm and damage to property.

Shuttle services operating at Gravity Eden Mountain Bike Park currently run from the Trail Head to the Gravity Carpark.


Please follow the instructions of the driver at all times.

You must be over 18 or are accompanied by a (guardian) adult.

You are responsible for your own safety, handling of equipment and bike care. Minimum age to use our services is 7.

Under 12's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Over 12’s may ride an individual shuttle service independent of their parent or guardian.

1. The Customer acknowledges that the Operator gives no warranty, representation or guarantee in relation to the presence or existence of any hazard, or the condition of any MTB trail accessed by the Customer in the course of the Customer’s participation in the Activity.

2. The Customer relies on their own enquiries, assessment and judgement as to the conditions of any MTB trail and the existence of any hazard and participates in the Activity and enter and use all MTB trails at their own risk.

3. The Customer releases and discharges the Operator, its employees and contractors from all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, actions and proceedings of any nature whatsoever, which the Customer, its executors or administrators might assert against any of them arising from, in relation to, incidental to or by virtue of any injury, loss or damage (including loss or damage to property) suffered or sustained by the Customer in connection with their participation in the Activity.

4. The Customer indemnifies and holds harmless, and shall keep indemnified and held harmless the Operator, it’s employees and contractors from all claims, suits, demands, expense, costs, actions and proceedings of any nature whatsoever arising from, in relation to or by virtue of the Customers participation in the Activity.

Where the Customer is under 18 years of age this Risk Warning Waiver and Indemnity must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian of the Customer who is over the age of 18 years.

5. You are responsible for your own safety, handling of equipment and bike care.

GENERAL TERMS
You will follow the instructions of the driver at all times.You are over 16 or are accompanied by a (guardian) adult.
You are responsible for your own safety and bike care.
We do not take responsibility for any damages to your bike on the bike trailer.
You are responsible for loading & unloading your bike to your satisfaction.
We take no responsibility for anything left on the Shuttle Bus.
The driver has the right to refuse access to the Shuttle Bus.
We do not provide any guarantees over the provision of uplift Shuttle Bus Service. If a mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstance prevents the full delivery of shuttle bus service, Sapphire Coast Shuttles may offer a credit voucher in part or in full (at its own discretion).

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 day before the booking are eligible for a refund OR reschedule. Cancellations within 7 days are eligible for a reschedule. Bookings cancelled in the 24 period prior to use will not be refunded.


Operations
Sapphire Coast Shuttles bus service will operate from 9 am to 4 pm on designated days with the last bus departing at approximately 3:45 pm.
There will a break in the service for approximately 30 minutes during the day at approximately 12.30 pm.
Priority will be given to passengers with pre-bought day passes to Sapphire Coast Shuttles bus service, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Single trip passes can be purchased from the driver on the day, subject to availability.



Amendment Charges
Changes and reschedules of bookings may incur fees and will be subject to the terms and conditions of suppliers ie: online booking fees and credit card fees.

You are not entitled to claim any compensation following an accident, incident or damage sustained. In signing this agreement, you agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and the assumption of risk.
In particular:


We do not take responsibility for any damages to your bike on the bike trailer.
You are responsible for loading & unloading your bike to your satisfaction.
We take no responsibility for anything left on the Shuttle Bus.
The driver has the right to refuse access to the Shuttle Bus.
